User-Generated Content (UGC) and Responsibility Disclaimer
HarmonyDrop is a User-Generated Content (UGC) platform that allows registered users to upload and share music content for promotional purposes.
HarmonyDrop does not operate as a record label, music publisher, official distributor, or licensing entity, and does not exercise any prior review or editorial control over user-uploaded content.
By uploading content to HarmonyDrop, the user declares and warrants, under their sole responsibility, that:
they are the rights holder of the uploaded content, or
they have obtained all necessary permissions and authorizations for the publication and distribution of the content, including any derivative works (such as remixes, mashups, edits, or bootlegs);
the content does not infringe the rights of third parties, including but not limited to:
copyright
related rights
image and personality rights
trademark rights
The user assumes full civil and criminal liability for any false or inaccurate declarations.
HarmonyDrop allows the upload of:
remixes
mashups
bootlegs
unofficial edits
exclusively as user-uploaded content, for which the uploading user declares legitimacy and authorization.
HarmonyDrop:
does not verify authorizations in advance
does not guarantee that such content is authorized by the original rights holders
does not directly monetize such content
HarmonyDrop:
does not select content
does not determine its nature
does not modify uploaded content
does not actively promote such content as official works
Each piece of content reflects solely the views and responsibility of the user who uploaded it.
HarmonyDrop reserves the right to:
remove content reported as unlawful
suspend or terminate repeat infringer accounts
cooperate with rights holders
All actions are taken in compliance with applicable laws.

HarmonyDrop respects intellectual property rights and is committed to promptly removing content that infringes copyright, in accordance with:
the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA – 17 U.S.C. §512)
the EU E-Commerce Directive
the EU Copyright Directive (EU 2019/790)
If you are a rights holder or are authorized to act on behalf of one, you may submit a notice including:
Full name of the rights holder
Proof of ownership or authorization
The exact URL of the allegedly infringing content
A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate
A signature (digital or typed)
Incomplete notices will not be processed.
Notices must be sent to:

HarmonyDrop undertakes to:
review valid notices within 48–72 hours
remove or disable access to the reported content where appropriate
The user who uploaded the content may submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was made in error, in accordance with the DMCA.
In such cases, HarmonyDrop may restore the content if no legal action is initiated within the applicable statutory timeframe.
HarmonyDrop applies a zero-tolerance policy toward repeated copyright violations and reserves the right to:
suspend
restrict
permanently terminate
accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright.
HarmonyDrop shall not be liable for:
content uploaded by users
infringements committed by third parties
any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the content
