Account and Personal Data Deletion Request

HarmonyDrop allows users to request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time, in compliance with data protection regulations and Google Play policies.


How to request account deletion

To request the deletion of your HarmonyDrop account and related data, please send a request using the following method:

Email to: info@harmonydrop.com
Please make sure to include:

  • the username or email address associated with the account

  • subject line: “HarmonyDrop Account Deletion Request”


What data will be deleted

Once the request is processed, the following data will be deleted:

  • user account

  • profile data

  • content uploaded by the user

  • usage data associated with the account

Any data that must be retained for legal or fiscal obligations will be kept only for the period required by applicable laws.


Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed within 10 days from receipt.


No login required

The deletion request can also be submitted without logging into the account, by using the email address associated with the account.
